高分子發光二極體 (Polymer Light Emitting Diode)

    The device structure of polymer light emitting diode (PLED) is shown in the above figures. The electrons and holes are injected from the electrodes and confined in the emitting polymer layer for recombination, and then emitting light with color depending on the energy gap of the chosen polymer. An electron transport can also be inserted in between the emitting layer and cathode if necessary. Our lab has achieved remarkable results through polymer material designs for emitting polymers and electron transport polymers. The emitting efficiencies of red, green and blue devices have been the highest records from time to time. We are also able to fabricate flexible polymer light emitting display and flat lighting panel.
